DO YOU THINK BEING A WOMAN IS A POWER ?
Not even as a woman, but as a human being, I feel powerful knowing who I really am. It is simpler than we think. You know I just recently started doing analysis and it was very beneficial for me.

I HEARD YOU WERE A BEAUTY CREAM ADDICT. TELL ME MORE!
It is funny because I don’t like buying make-up, and I don’t have the patience to produce myself. My make-up bag is really the smallest. I have the basics. But I don’t find any pleasure in buying or looking out for new make-up products. My sister on the other hand, loves it. So whenever I need something, I ask her!
Now regarding creams, I go crazy for a nice packaging! Right now, I only wear Joëlle Ciocco’s products that I find at Dominique Beauté; it is all natural.

IT’S FUNNY BECAUSE PEOPLE TEND TO FOCUS ON THEIR FACE WHEN THE REST OF THEIR BODY ALSO HAS A LOT OF SKIN TO TAKE CARE OF...
I know but I am so lazy to moisturize my body! Every morning I postpone it to do it later at night and at night I feel too tired to do it and postpone it to the next morning… But since we live in Brazil and the weather is so humid, we never get really dry skin. So we tend to forget. But I do care for my body through other things like I only wear aluminium free deodorant, or I use Kure Bazaar nail polish because it is 85% organic.

WHAT PRODUCT OR PART OF YOUR ROUTINE COULDN’T YOU LIVE WITHOUT?
Dove soap. Weird no? haha.

WHO IS YOUR BEAUTY INSPIRATION?
There are so many women I find interesting. Actresses from the 70s like Charlotte Rampling or Jacqueline Bisset for example. I think it is more about their posture, how they move, their career choices working on special movies rather than being Hollywood stars. They had their own style.

WHAT SPECIFIC HABIT THAT BRAZILIAN WOMEN USE DO YOU THINK IS GREAT?
I dress in white when I spend New Years Eve at the beach and I swim through 7 waves. It is a Brazilian superstition. The only one I do. It is very cultural.

WHAT IS YOUR SIGNATURE LOOK WHEN YOU GO OUT?
I never really have time to do anything special, so I always end up wearing my hair super natural and almost no make up.

...LES CHEVEUX À LA FRANÇAISE!
Yeah, haha. But sometimes I do have a specific reference in mind but then it takes so much effort that I abandon the idea. So when you see me with a different hair do, it must be a really special occasion.

WHAT DO YOU THINK MAKES YOU BEAUTIFUL?
Whenever someone is thinking positive and happy, that person is beautiful. I know that when I am happy, I feel my skin is better looking, I have more light in my eyes, people approach me in a different way. It really makes you more interesting. I understand that it is difficult to be positive all the time, I try to get through the obstacles to feel better about myself. And smile more.
